Interview Procedures
Applications are scrutinised by the Programme Directors and successful applicants are generally notified within 5 working days.

Our selection process is held over two days and comprises the following assessments:

Day 1

• Tests in English, Maths and Science
• Time spent working with a group of children
• Micro Teach
• Group planning task

Candidates are informed of their assessment results at the end of the day. Successful candidates will be invited to interview on day 2.

 
Day 2

• Formal individual interview with Directors and Partner School Headteacher
