Tuition Fees 2012-13
Tuition Fees for the academic year 2012-13 will
be set once providers have been informed of their funding allocations
from the TDA. Updates will be regularly provided.
Government Bursaries
To support candidates with good degrees, the
Government is offering non-repayable bursaries as outlined in

Primary Trainees with a first class degree will
be eligible for £9,000 and those with a 2.1 will be eligible for
£5,000

Maintenance Grant
Currently students from lower income households will be eligible
to receive a Maintenance Grant. The actual amount you will entitled
to receive will depend upon your household income. This grant
will be paid in three instalments, one at the start of each term,
just like your student loan. Additionally, you will be able to
apply for a student loan if you so wish by contacting Student
Finance England.
The SCITT will offer limited bursaries for 2012-13. Further details
will be published once our new Access Agreement has been agreed
by OFFA.
If appropriate, you will also be able to apply to your local Council
for a reduction in Council Tax.
