Training to Teach Tasters will be arranged for those people who would like to find out more about our School Centred Initial Teacher Training Programme.

Day 1:

• Meet with SCITT Trainee teacher
• Introduction to school and class
• Observe teaching and support learning under teacher's supervision
• Meet other school staff at break time

Day 2

• Meet with teacher to discuss the role of the teacher and teaching in Early Years
• Continue observation of class and other classes, as appropriate
• Taking the reins!! Team teach, read a story or lead an activity

Attendance at a twilight session at our Learning Centre in Bransgore

• Overview of training programme
• Individual Guidance
• Completion of Evaluation of your Taster Experience
